Frequent replacements mean
money and time wasted. Fuji designed these Solid-State Contactors to
last, making them perfect for those demanding applications where
contacts are frequently switched and in cases where a high speed
response to system demands is a necessity. They are made to save
time and money, and their reliable performance also means peace of
mind for you.
Solid-State Contactors are a low-cost
alternative to mechanical contactors. They incorporate thyristors or
SCRs for superior power control and a long lifetime. Control
voltages could be either a low-level DC logic signal or 100-240V AC
signal, with maximum rated voltages of either 240V AC or 480V AC.
Rated currents range from 10-200A. Zero-cross firing reduces noise
generated on the line. These SSCs are highly reliable and compact
for direct back-panel mounting. They feature fully-protected
electronics with photo-isolation as well as an LED to indicate input
signal. In addition, semiconductor switch elements and a built-in
surge absorber enable these contactors to stand up to demanding use.
Heat sinks are built-in and engineered for each particular SSC
maximum load. Single-pole, three-pole, and three-pole independent
type models are available.
