Pathfinder Model CS-5000
The CS-5000 is a flat surface high density graphite and CPVC
conductivity electrode. It is designed to be used in a pipe "T"
and its conductive surface is even with the flow channel of the pipe
so it doesn't impede the flow of the water being measured, or the
fitting can be reversed for use as a submersion probe. The
electrode contains a temperature sensor that is used to perform
temperature compensation over a range of 0 to 50 ˚C, The operating temperature of the
electrode is 0 to 60˚ C, and it has a three wire, 10 foot cable
attached. Two wires connect to the measurement electrodes and a
third wire connects to the temperature sensor. The probe
constant is 2.5. The flat surface design keeps the electrode is
self cleaning mode due to the turbulence across the surface. If it
does get dirty, it is easily restored to its original condition by
rubbing it on a flat surface using 400 grit sand paper and rinsing it
clean, it is intended for use with the CT-1000 conductivity ranges up
to 10,000uS. |
